What documents do I need to rent a car?

You need a valid driver's license, a credit card in your name, and a valid ID or passport. For international customers, an International Driver's Permit may be required.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.

Is insurance included in the price?

Basic insurance (Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection) is included in all our prices. Additional coverage options are available at checkout.

What are your working hours?

We are open from 08:00 to 20:00 every day. 24/7 phone support is available for emergencies.

Can I pick up the car at the airport?

Yes! We offer pickup and dropoff at Tirana International Airport. Additional fees may apply for airport service.

Is there a mileage limit?

Most of our rentals come with unlimited mileage. Some special vehicles may have mileage restrictions - please check the vehicle details.

What happens if I return the car late?

Late returns are subject to additional daily charges. Please contact us if you need to extend your rental period.

Do you offer one-way rentals?

Yes, one-way rentals are available between our locations. Additional fees may apply depending on the dropoff location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and cash payments at our offices.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.

Rental Policies

Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, refueling charges will apply.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required at pickup (amount varies by vehicle category). The deposit is refundable upon return of the vehicle in good condition.

Cleaning Policy: Please return the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.

Smoking Policy: All our vehicles are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

Accident & Damage Policy

In case of accident or damage:

Call our 24/7 emergency line immediately
Document the scene with photos
Exchange information with other parties involved
File a police report if necessary
Do not attempt to repair the vehicle yourself

The excess/deductible amount for damages varies by vehicle. Additional insurance coverage can reduce or eliminate this excess.

By renting a vehicle from ESC Rental, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information at booking
Drive responsibly and follow all traffic laws
Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
Not use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving
Not cross international borders without prior written permission
Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition as received

Violation of these terms may result in additional fees and/or termination of the rental agreement.
